Miller and Hodges 1990, page 56, Voucher of Glyphipteryx quinqueferella Walsingham, 1881 Cited with no MCZ type number, but specimen has number 14990. Designated as a paralectotype by Heppner (1978: 49), but as noted by Heppner (1984: 338), it might not be one of the original syntypes.
