  • 1130 hrs. Sendero Las Nubes. Transitional broadleaf semi-moist forest to cloud forest. Tallest trees ~20 m in height, some lianas present, undergrowth sparse but present. Nest in dead branch hanging ~3 m from forest floor in tree. Branch ~1 m long, 1.5 cm in diameter. Nest chamber running the entire length of the branch. 5 mm in diameter.
